There are no software fees required for the core motor/controller functionality. Cloud access and remote management subscription options are available at the customer’s request.

Yes, we can offer up to a 5-year warranty on all materials.
The motor does not require annual maintenance and are designed to be maintenance free for the life of the unit.
We are seeing 1-3 year paybacks for most applications. Typical run times, kWh rate and available incentives will ultimately determine payback.
Yes, we are able to utilize union labor where applicable.
Yes, this smart motor solution can integrate with all major BMS manufacturers, depending upon your configuration and application.
We can use your existing network, or we can isolate connectivity to the cloud via cell service.
